Is it possible to migrate gradually without switching everything over all at once?
Yes, that's actually our recommendation. We roll out the changes in phases, starting with a pilot site. Each phase incorporates feedback from the previous one. This approach reduces risks and makes it easier for teams to adopt the changes.
How can you ensure call quality when working remotely?
We test network conditions in advance, configure quality of service (QoS) settings, and set up continuous monitoring. Quality issues are detected and resolved before users report them.
What happens to our existing phone service during the migration?
It continues to operate. We are setting up coexistence gateways that allow both systems to run in parallel throughout the migration process. The final switchover will take place only after your teams have validated the new system.
