CONTEXT

Become the guardian of overall consistency and the architect of customer data! As a CRM Solutions Architect, you play a pivotal role in our clients’ digital transformation. Your mission is crucial: to design how the CRM will integrate with the entire Information System (IS), particularly with the contact center via computer-telephony integration (CTI). Here, you don’t just build tools—you design the technological link that enables a 360° view of the customer.

  • Architecture Design: Design and validate technical and application architectures on leading platforms (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • IT Integration: Define integration models and data flows via APIs, webhooks, or middleware to ensure the smooth flow of information.‍‍
  • ‍CTI Expertise: Designing and managing the integration of CRM with contact center solutions to optimize the agent experience.
  • Urbanization & Consistency: Ensure the scalability of solutions and make sure that the CRM remains the central, consistent hub of the information system.
  • Consulting & Market Intelligence: Supporting technical departments in their technology decisions and anticipating changes from CRM vendors.
Your Profile
You are our ideal candidate if you have

Technical Skills

  • Data Flow & Integration: You have a solid understanding of data flow, security, and integration issues (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL).
  • Customer Relations & CTI: You have an excellent understanding of customer relations and computer-telephony integration (CTI).

Personality

  • Visionary: You have the ability to take a broad view to design sustainable and scalable systems.
  • Educator: You have the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Teamwork: You enjoy working collaboratively and are able to rally others behind your architectural decisions.
Experience
  • Education: You have a five-year degree (Engineering or Master’s in Computer Science).
  • Experience: You have solid experience in software architecture or in integrating major CRM solutions (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
