CONTEXT

Unify communications and modernize our clients’ workspaces! Integrating business telephony into the Microsoft Teams environment is now a key factor in productivity. As a Microsoft Teams Voice/UCaaS Expert, you’ll help transform Teams into a true global communication tool. Your mission: to design and deploy Direct Routing or Operator Connect solutions. With us, you’ll create the technological bridge that enables employees to communicate anywhere, anytime.

Your Achievements
Your main achievements will include:

  • UCaaS Architecture Design: Designing Cloud-Based Telephony Architectures Using Microsoft Teams Phone.
  • Technical Implementation: Configure and deploy Direct Routing (SBC management) and Operator Connect solutions.
  • Integration & Security: Manage integration with corporate directories and Microsoft 365 security policies (Conditional Access, Intune).
  • Migration & Deployment: Manage the migration of users from legacy solutions to the Teams Voice environment.
  • Expertise & Consulting: Assisting clients with Microsoft licensing models and monitoring technological developments in UCaaS.
Your Profile
You are our ideal candidate if you have

Technical Skills

  • SBC Configuration: You are proficient in configuring SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle) in a Direct Routing environment.
  • Certifications: A Microsoft certification (MS-700 or MS-720) is a major asset for this position.

Personality

  • Meticulous: Telecommunications is a critical service that requires absolute precision in configuration.
  • Curious: You're passionate about the constant changes in the Microsoft ecosystem and the cloud.
  • Educator: You know how to facilitate change and explain new ways of collaborating to users.
Experience
  • Education: You hold a master’s degree (BAC+5) in telecommunications or systems engineering.
  • Experience: You have solid experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Voice collaboration tools.
