Your main achievements will include:

  • NLP/NLU Development: Design and integrate natural language understanding engines for complex voicebots and chatbots.
  • Generative AI: Implementing solutions based on LLMs (Large Language Models) to automate and enhance customer service responses.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Developing semantic analysis tools to measure customer satisfaction and the tone of customer interactions in real time.
  • Training & Optimization: Monitor model accuracy, manage training phases (fine-tuning), and improve the relevance of responses.
  • IT Integration : Connect AI engines to contact center tools and business knowledge bases via APIs.
Your Profile
You are our ideal candidate if you have

Technical Skills

  • Frameworks & LLMs: You are proficient in leading frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, LangChain) and the APIs of major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
  • Bot Platforms : You have previous experience working with bot platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa) or call analytics solutions.

Personality

  • Innovative: You are passionate about AI and stay constantly up to date on the latest research publications.
  • Analytics: You know how to handle data with precision to identify effective patterns.
  • Communicator: You knowhow to explain how AI works to non-technical audiences in a way that reassures and convinces them.
Experience
  • Education: You have a master's degree (BAC+5) in AI Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: You have significant experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and conversational technologies.
