For us, being a digital services company in Paris has never meant limiting ourselves to Paris—it simply means that’s where our team is based.

What is the difference between an AI consultant, a CRM consultant, and a data consultant at IKATAN?

These three career paths coexist and intersect. The AI consultant designs and scales artificial intelligence use cases (chatbots, automation, augmented support). The CRM consultant structures and deploys tools that centralize customer relationships (Salesforce, HubSpot, multi-source CRM integration). Does IKATAN offer permanent positions, contract work, or freelance opportunities?

All three. Our core talent pool consists of consultants on permanent contracts, but we also work with freelancers who have specialized expertise (AI experts, contact center architects, senior CRM project managers), and we accept umbrella company arrangements for certain profiles. The choice of employment status is based on your preference and the client’s expectations—not the other way around.

What are the advantages of joining IKATAN rather than another Paris-based IT services company?
